Never a dull moment! Driver Experience team members are very important for the sustainability and long-term success of the business. The ideal candidates for our opening role should have strong analytical skills (familiar with SQL) that enable them to connect strategically quantitative and qualitative insights, to solve Business and Experience problems through Product Solutions . Also, project and stakeholder management experience is needed. Role Responsibilities Management and leadership of projects with high impact on user’s experience and retention Connect User and Business insights in order to solve strategic problems through Product solutions. Design and build up robust quantitative and qualitative analyses for Product optimization and decision making Stakeholder management and direct influence to HQ, international and local teams Role Qualifications Engineering, Economics, Actuary or any related degree student Experience with teamwork, cross-team collaboration and indirect/direct leadership, ideally in tech industry Knowledge and experience in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.) Hands-on experience, while learning about consumers or users real journeys Strong Excel skills are a must, other database experience is needed. Comfortable learning and using new software tools Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
