The individual will focus on understanding client needs and penetrate accounts across all TransUnion value added offerings. The individual needs to understand the Financial and Fintech ecosystem, the opportunities for value creation and partnership with clients. The individual with also facilitate internal alignment across functions such as Product, Operations, and IT in order to ensure high quality service delivery. The individual must be able to drive and lead at the highest level of client service and establish and deepen client relationships. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities. - Leading the Financial Services and Fintech Sales team, responsible for achieving growth targets. - Lead a team of Sales Associates covering the Financial Services and Fintech portfolio, facilitating coaching and ensuring alignment on key strategy and execution. - Drive Financial Services and Fintech client deepening and growth in Colombia. - Lead conversations to drive growth, build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players. - Mentor other Associates on sales approach and best practices. - Develop and implement sales strategies that drive year-over-year growth across both existing and new opportunities. - Manage pipeline generation account engagement plan development and annual revenue goals for portfolio. - Support Sales in developing a segmentation of clients and prospects, and an engagement plan for each group. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Client Onboarding, Data Acquisition, that can strengthen TransUnion’s value proposition. - Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities. - Ensure we build and maintain relationships across our client organizations. **Impact You'll Make**: The position requires the following qualifications and background: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field with 10 or more years of management / leadership experience in Sales. MBA preferred. - Experience in Financial Services & Fintech industries is required. - Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advice, and persuasively communicate with Fintech & FS P&L;, Risk and Marketing executives in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment. - Business maturity, and strong leadership and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion Associates, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth. - Program management, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion. Experience working in a matrix environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions. - Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills, independence, initiative, business acumen, and exceptional presentation skills. - Ability to travel at least 25% of the time. - Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills. - A high work ethic combined with vision. - Proven track record of growing a sales team in Financial Services business in terms of Sales Associates, revenue, generation, and new clients. - Proven ability to grow revenue and market share by using a strategic, disciplined, and focused approach.
