Your deliverable is the execution of initial discovery calls with prospects and scheduling of discovery calls with Pan-American’s Operations Team with the objective of establishing Pan-Am as a provider of staffing services to those accounts. Most target prospects are companies who leverage a mix of on site and off-shore teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Finding leads and closing sales deals with existing clients or new prospects. Act as intermediaries between other departments within the organization to ensure the success with clients. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal. Scheduling and executing initial prospecting meetings and discovery calls Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using CRM Quickly learn the breadth of services provided, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions Research target accounts, identify key players and prospective needs, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities Aggressively follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships. Schedule follow up calls with prospects turning over all relevant information about the prospect or opportunity.
