What You’ll Be Doing Manage the full recruiting and onboarding cycle for truck drivers in the U.S. Engage potential driver leads and conduct persuasive, relationship-driven phone interviews Screen applications, track progress, and maintain accurate recruiting records Act as each driver’s trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process Coordinate closely with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals Experience: Previous recruiting, sales, or call center experience is a plus; knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry is highly valued Location Requirement: Must live in Bogotá and be available for full-time, on-site work Hard Skills: Confident communicator, recruitment and sales techniques, CRM tracking, documentation, follow-up Soft Skills: Hungry, resourceful, highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
