**Position Purpose** The Sales executive will execute the business plan proposed by the Country Manager and the Sales Manager to reach the volume and income generation for the organization. Additionally, will analyse different scenarios and will propose the way for the execution of the plan or the required changes. Responsible for opening and maintain customer network, identifying new business opportunities. Sell, Maintain & Develop relationship with Exports customers to increase volume. Control and monitoring of KPIs Budget and forecast. Growth Focus: To Prospect and develop new opportunities in Exports Market: new Countries / Customers / Sectors / Products **Major Accountabilities** 1. Growth Focus: Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Maintaining a high level of exports customer prospects. 2. Prospection mapping: Investigate and identify customers and prospects and build strong and full level relationships with them to generate new sales and to renew agreements. 3. Look for business opportunities/solutions, visit clients and prospects to develop sales in country. 4. Determine periodic sales plan for exports clients. 5. Market insights, known the market, customers, and prospects. Prepare proposals and presentations. 6. To elaborate different solutions for every customer focused on their needs. 7. Ability to sell, negotiates YoY, persuade and influence. 8. Ability to establish strong and deeply relationship with exports customers. 9. To negotiate agreements and conditions with clients to achieve the strategic aims. 10- Design and launch marketing campaign aimed in emerging market customers. 11. Train customer staff in new processes. 12. Keep updated Salesforce database and record customer activities. **Qualifications** Industrial engineer / Business Administration, Desirable: Sales Diploma / Foreign affairs. **Experience** - At least 5 years working on multinational companies. - Experienced in Sales & Retail. - Customer Relationship Management - Category Management experience is desirable as well as logistics. - Solid commercial negotiations / B2B - Continuous improvement & prospecting knowledge. - Strong knowledge in export industry network and international Markets. (Products, fees, markets, seasons, etc.). Demonstrable experience and network in Export Markets with decision makers (High Level).
