Your role andresponsibilities Senior consultant with expertise in Salesforce'sMarketing Cloud tool, responsible for designing the days for eachcampaign, setting checkpoints, and making adjustments based on theresults obtained. Required education Bachelor's Degree Requiredtechnical and professional expertise - Automation and advancedsegmentation to personalize the customer experience. - Improvedemail deliverability (IP warming, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). - Metricsanalysis and reporting with Marketing Cloud Intelligence(Datorama). - Compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.Preferred technical and professional experience - Mail Studio:Email creation and personalization with AMPScript and DynamicContent. - Journey Builder: Customer journey automation based ondata and triggers. - Automation Studio: Process scheduling such asdata import, segmentation, and sending. - Data Extensions &SQL;: Creation and management of relational databases within SFMC. -Contact Builder: Data modeling and relationships between dataextensions. - Cloud Pages & Landing Pages: Creation of webpages and forms with HTML, CSS, and AMPScript. - Mobile Studio:Configuration of SMS and push notifications. - Advertising Studio:Social media integrations and custom audiences.
