Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. 🎯 Purpose The Manager I, Inside Sales is tasked with overseeing all inside sales coordination activities, elevating the quality and effectiveness of proposals through strategic leadership, process supervision, and team development. The role integrates advanced research, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer-focused proposal strategies that meet both technical and commercial demands. By leading the inside sales team, this role supports revenue growth and ensures compliance with internal quality standards and corporate identity guidelines. 📋 Responsibilitie - Lead and mentor the inside sales team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. - Supervise, guide, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous professional development. - Oversee the development of high-quality technical and commercial proposal content. - Collaborate with Business Development Managers to craft compelling sales messages and strategies. - Direct market, competitor, and customer research to support targeted proposal planning. - Ensure adherence to templates, branding guidelines, and overall corporate identity in all sales collateral. - Manage the creation, review, and updating of sales qualification materials and reference documents. - Coordinate end-to-end response efforts for bids, RFPs, RFIs, and other sales opportunities. - Organize and lead response review sessions and ensure compliance with customer requirements. - Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements. - Monitor progress against sales opportunity plans and adjust strategies as needed. - Enforce adherence to safety, occupational health, environment, and quality standards in all activities. Qualifications What you will bring 🔍 Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies - University Degree (or equivalent) in a related field or applicable discipline. - 8 or more years of relevant experience in inside sales coordination, sales support, or similar roles. - In addition: Specify the soft skills you require e.g. attention to detail, prioritization, self-learning, etc. If you need any accessibility adjustments, please make sure to mention it in your application.
