To source, screen, and attract top-notch caregiver talent. You’ll be making outbound calls, conducting interviews, and working closely with our Staffing Coordinator to ensure a seamless hiring process. Your contributions will help boost our sales and support our long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound recruiting calls to source and attract new talent. - Convert inbound inquiries into interviews. - Conduct interviews, screenings, and tests for all applicants. - Maintain accurate and complete personnel records. - Engage in warm calling and group interviews. What We’re Looking For: - Telemarketing and recruiting experience preferred. - Competitive mindset with a drive for results. - Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills. - Strong inside sales skills to motivate and convert inquiries into appointments. - Independent worker with sound judgment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office skills. - High School graduate with English proficiency (C1 - C2+). - 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
