We are looking for someone like you! **Job Description**: Java Programming exp Interacting with Product Owners and BSA Description: - Retire another Lexi System (not trying to understand) - Implement brand new logic ( don’t need a lot of knowledge of spring work) Job descriptions - Perform detailed analysis on existing systems, and formulate design for new systems - Use industry standard programming techniques to translate requirements and designs into code - Proactive in researching issues and getting clarifications on requirements, driven to solve problems - Understand the distributed parallel computing on Hadoop platform, be able to create highly efficient Spark jobs - Design, code and test multiple modules of a system in a timely manner - Participate in unit, system & acceptance testing by designing tests, building test data, along with making recommendations/improvements/fixes to the tested system - Plan and assist in load, capacity, and performance analysis and/or testing. - Assist in requirements creation by working with the product analysts and other developers - Contribute to architectural reviews **Qualifications**: - At least 10 years of software development experience - Good verbal and written communication skills - Expert Java skills with 5+ years coding experience - Expert in developing Hadoop Spark jobs and performance tuning - Proficient in object-oriented design, functional programming, and UNIX-like shell scripting - Strong knowledge of Java Ecosystem - Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Apache Tomcat, Maven, Gradle, Ant, JUnit, Spock, Mockito - In-depth knowledge in Web Services development - Understanding of CI/CD, Containerization, and test automation - Good knowledge of XML and XSD schema, and XSLT transformation - Scala is highly desirable **Requirements**: - Hadoop and Spark side - Java Programing skills - Unix Shell scripting Knowledge Nice to have: Experience Leading or mentoring teams.
