**Key responsibilities**: - Contribute to the continuous refinement and implementation of our funds’ Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), including environmental &social; (E&S;) policies and procedures - Provide support to investment teams on E&S; due diligence and monitoring of investees - Accompany site visits to assess E&S; risks and practices of potential investees - Collect and analyze E&S; data of investments for performance reporting - Contribute to writing E&S; memoranda on investments - Support management of external service providers - Monitor the evolving approach of International Financial Institutions to E&S; and assess the implications for the company - Conduct research on selected E&S; topics and administrative duties **What we expect**: - University studies (Bachelor/Master) in environmental studies, environmental engineering, natural resource management, geography, or other relevant disciplines - Relevant internships and/or initial work experience; experience working in environmental consultancies is an asset - Strong analytical skills - Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines - Organizational skills and self-drive - Team player - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English - Fluency in Portuguese is an asset - Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion's vision/mission **What you can expect**: - An agile, widely diverse international working environment with over 50 nationalities who are keenly interested in making a positive difference through their work and who share a collaborative, can-do spirit - A job that allows you to fully utilize and expand your skills within an innovative, hands-on company culture - A purpose-driven, performance-oriented company that rewards above-average results - An organization dedicated to providing effective training and upskilling to its employees **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
