IT Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team. The IT Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for driving the performance and continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department. This role will focus on enhancing IT processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring the alignment of IT services with business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve IT service delivery. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to drive improvements. Balanced Scorecards: Create and implement Balanced Scorecards to align IT performance with strategic business objectives. Use these scorecards to track progress and ensure that IT initiatives are contributing to overall business goals. Six Sigma and Kaizen Practices: Implement Six Sigma and Kaizen practices to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in IT processes. Use data-driven approaches to improve quality and reduce variability in IT service delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to understand their needs and ensure IT services meet their requirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT performance management and continuous improvement (5 years). Strong knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile). Excellent project management and change management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The IT Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead reports to the Senior Director, Governance and Planning. LANGUAGES Fluently bilingual in English, both written and spoken.
