Strong understanding of backend architectures and design patterns. **Essential Skills**: Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go). **Enhanced JavaScript**: Strong understanding of Node.js and related backend JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Nest.js). Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL). Understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP). Version Control (Git). **Key Responsibilities**: Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend systems. Maintain and operate existing backend systems developed by third parties.
