Job Description: Securities & Derivatives Manager The Securities & Derivatives Manager is an intermediate management position responsible for leading a team to process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices, in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The goal is to ensure seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions. Responsibilities: Execute securities transaction processing related to Securities Clearance Settlement for bonds, FX, money markets, and Derivatives Develop procedures and techniques to improve team productivity and meet performance goals Propose and implement process, client service, or technology improvements Serve as an expert and escalation point for staff, management, and clients Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management Identify and address control gaps during settlement cycles to mitigate risks Analyze data to identify and resolve control deficiencies Mentor and advise junior staff Assess risks in business decisions, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical standards Qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant experience in securities transaction processing, settlement, and accounting Project management and leadership skills Knowledge of payments structure under ISO 20022 Understanding of settlement cycle procedures and issue resolution People management experience Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Education: University degree or equivalent experience Additional preferred qualifications include advanced English skills, experience with Fixed Income and Bonds, and knowledge of ISO 20022. #J-18808-Ljbffr
