The **Operations Supervisor** plays a crucial role in overseeing patient intake processes, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, and managing a substantial team of healthcare representatives. **What You'll Do**: - Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, fostering a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, compassion, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism. - Manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare representatives, including those with substantial team management experience, by engaging with individuals, motivating, challenging, uplifting, and providing floor support when necessary. - Implement effective recruitment strategies, lead, mentor, and manage a substantial team, provide continuous feedback, develop growth plans, and oversee scheduling and compliance. - Oversee various patient intake processes and develop strategies to continuously enhance patient care. - Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, utilize G Suite tools to track and report team performance, manage high-profile patient interactions, handle escalations, and ensure safety and standards are maintained. **What You'll Bring To The Team**: - A preferable minimum of 2 years in healthcare, with at least 1 year in a leadership role or overall 2+ years of experience in leadership positions. - Strong spoken and written English (C1 or better), leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. - Proven track record in implementing process improvements, understanding healthcare regulations, and proficiency in healthcare management software. - Outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer You**: - This is a full-time, on-site position with great schedules and competitive salary opportunities - Opportunities to work in a fast-paced startup environment supportive of teamwork, ownership, and purpose. - One-of-a-kind company values and teamwork culture as well as a meaningful mission and challenging work. - Private health insurance plus a family member is available. - A great discount on lunch with our partnered restaurants Expected Start Date: 03/02/2025
