People are our most valuable asset. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director – LATAM based in the LATAM region. The Sales Director will be responsible for sales operations and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding CMG’s market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy and account plans within the LATAM and Caribbean region to meet revenue, retention and growth targets. Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and customer success) to deliver tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies. Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Represent CMG at industry conferences, events, and client meetings. Note: This description reflects the general nature of the role.
