The Role: As a Sales Director , you will develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy across the region, build strong relationships with key partners, and lead high-performing sales initiatives. This role requires frequent travel across the USA, Canada, and South America, making a USA passport highly preferred . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the region. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing . Identify and acquire new customers , while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts. Monitor market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity , adjusting strategies as needed. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities . What We're Looking For: Experience: 7+ years in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing , with 3+ years in a leadership role . A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share . An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry. Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead sales teams, develop strategies, and drive market expansion . A data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis, leveraging data to inform decisions. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential ; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
