UnifyCX is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our motivated and ambitious team. What Will You Do? As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a brand ambassador of UnifyCX, reaching out to new prospects and demonstrating how UnifyCX can solve their problems. In This Position, You Will Reach out to prospective customers and set up calls for the sales team. Contact decision makers via outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, video tools, or other channels provided by the company. Maintain well-defined activity and success targets. Demonstrate tenacity and persistence to achieve high results. Bring ideas and enthusiasm to your daily work. Research prospective customers, initiate contact, and identify sales opportunities. Engage in conversations to explain how UnifyCX can help them, and set up calls with our Sales Executives when appropriate. Be creative in personalizing outreach, deliver consistent messaging, and stay persistent to meet your goals. Success in this role requires a strong drive, self-starting attitude, and celebration of wins. Who You Are Candidates should have: The ability to quickly learn new software and processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and with management. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Education: College degree preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant experience. Hours Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm ET.
