Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Office Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities that facilitate the efficient functioning of our office. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing office layout, maintaining supplies, and handling correspondence. - Serve as the point of contact for office-related issues, such as repairs, IT support, and vendor relations. - Coordinate office meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and schedules run smoothly. - Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements. - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. - Oversee mail and shipping logistics. - Support executives and other team members with administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Logistics Professional, Administrative Manager, or similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
