We seek an experienced AEM Architect to lead design, planning, and oversight of enterprise-grade digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is vital in developing scalable and secure AEM implementations aligned with business goals and technical standards. Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Design and document comprehensive AEM architectures, including component models, templates, workflows, data flows, and integrations, ensuring scalability, modularity, performance, and maintainability. AEM Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms), architecture patterns like headless, hybrid, and traditional, and deployment models such as AEM as a Cloud Service, AMS, or on-premises. Environment Setup & Configuration: Lead setup and configuration of AEM environments (dev, staging, production), define deployment strategies, and ensure consistency across environments. Integrations: Define technical approaches for integrating AEM with third-party systems (CRMs, DAMs, analytics, AI services) using RESTful APIs, OSGi, Sling Models, and Adobe I/O. Security & Governance: Implement security best practices, manage user permissions, identity, and content workflows, ensuring compliance and data protection. Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with development teams to realize architectural vision, provide guidance, lead reviews, and support onboarding and knowledge sharing. Performance & Monitoring: Establish standards and tools for monitoring, performance tuning, caching, and log analysis to ensure platform reliability. Documentation & Communication: Produce high-quality architectural documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to engineering teams and stakeholders. Requirements Adobe Certified Expert in AEM Architect, AEM Developer, or similar certifications. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Experience with AI-driven use cases, such as personalization engines or content recommendations.
