***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH***Support – Voice/Network EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support – Voice/Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's Voice over IP (VoIP) and network systems, ensuring seamless and secure communication across the organization.Key Responsibilities:VoIP System Management:Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems to ensure high-quality voice communications.Diagnose and rectify SIP, RTP, and PBX-related voice faults.Assist clients and partners in deploying new voice solutions.Document processes and systems for the benefit of team members.Network Infrastructure Management:Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring optimal operation and security.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to VoIP technologies.Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection.Customer Support and Troubleshooting:Manage customer and reseller faults and service requests through our ticketing system.Provide accurate and timely advice and issue resolution for our customers.Handle escalations to upstream carriers as needed.Collaboration and Documentation:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project progression.Attend sales meetings to gather knowledge transfer and relay information for parts ordering.Develop and maintain documentation for responsibilities, training materials, and workflows to improve company and client processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in VoIP and network engineering roles.Strong understanding of VoIP systems, including SIP, RTP, and PBX.Proficiency in network protocols, VLANs, QoS, and VPN.Experience with diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and network scanning tools.Familiarity with VoIP phones such as Grandstream, Yealink, and Polycom.Experience with open-source SIP-based PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Kazoo).Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Other requirements:Clear Communication in English:Must demonstrate fluency in both written and verbal English.Able to participate in meetings, write emails, and collaborate effectively in English with U.S.-based teams.Previous Experience Working with U.S. Companies:Familiarity with U.S. work culture, time zones, communication expectations, and accountability standards is required.Perks & Growth Potential:Competitive SalaryPaid TrainingPaid Time OffHealth Maintenance Organization (HMO) for regular employeesRetirement PlanHoliday Cash GiftRecognition and RewardsJob Type:Full-timeIf you're an experienced Support – Voice/Network Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and providing top-tier service, we encourage you to apply!Join us and take your career to the next level!This is an on-site position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
