Key Qualifications - 6+ years of experience working as a Full-Stack Application Developer - Intermediate English level, strong written and verbal communication skills - Able to work 9am -5pm EST, providing own workspace with reliable Internet service - Experience with multiple Agile Methodologies, processes, and methods for software development - Passionate about the startup company environment and eager to learn - Team player, willing to jump outside your role when necessary to improve the capabilities of the larger team Technical Requirements - Programming experience working with modern frontend frameworks like React Native and NextJS for browser-based and mobile applications - Experience with component UI libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind - Experience integrating AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar tools into daily workflow - Familiarity with Figma and ability to mockup simple UI when needed - Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT (JSON Web Token) and Amazon Cognito
