What this job involves We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Concierge to join our team: **Location**: Bogota, Colombia. **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Work model**: On site. **Contract Type**: Indefinite-term. What is your day to day? Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and any issues they may have, striving to provide prompt and efficient solutions. Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local area amenities to residents and guests. Coordinate and schedule appointments, reservations, and transportation services as requested by residents or guests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are stocked. Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for residents, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Maintain a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and act swiftly in the event of an emergency situation. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living experience for residents. Stay informed about current events, attractions, and entertainment options in the local area to provide recommendations to residents and guests. Required High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using computer systems, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Multitasking and organizational skills to effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A professional and well-groomed appearance. Fluent in English is not required.
