, Bogota **Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage the B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies. - Track and analyze sales performance. - Train and develop the sales team. - Market research on growth topics for inDrive.Couriers; - Identification of key BizDev opportunities for potential B2B customers; - Project management for business development strategies for inDrive.Couriers; - Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, analytics, legal, finance etc. - Ensure compliance and budget management. **Qualifications**: - 4+ years of experience in B2B business development; - Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership; - Excellent project management skills; - Excellent team player - you have succeeded in cross-functional environment ; - Natural leader - you can grow and develop your team and peers; - Knowledge of mobile apps digital metrics; - Data-driven and logical approach evangelist - zero tolerance for unproved ego-driven solutions; - Excellent English language skills; - Willingness to travel (business trips assumed).
