**Responsibilities** - Provide data-driven guidance to leaders on company's financial performance, major investments and new growth opportunities - Be an integral part of the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, strategic planning, and variance analysis processes - Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives; - Act as a business partner with Operations, Client Services and Workforce and key management in identifying and driving ways to improve profitability. - Develop and implement strategies and policies to enable the company to meet its financial goals - Drive implementation of process improvements involving cross functions to enable efficient and effective end-to-end process - Partner with Accounting/Reporting to support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting processes - Lead and support the exploration and integration of new planning tools - Coach and develop the team Requirement: - 8+ years of FP&A;/business finance experience preferably at a high-growth company - BPO industry experience is highly preferred - Self-motivated, organized and accountable, with ability to balance time and see projects through to completion - Resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations - Savvy/analytical mind with ability to decipher data quickly, categorize and build databases for multiple views of existing data - Ability to synthesis information quickly, distill important takeaways and tell a compelling story - Expert in Excel and goole suite If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
