Your role as Business Development Manager includes: Collaborating across departments to develop business strategies. Identifying partnerships and M&A opportunities. Building relationships with ecosystem providers to promote HID products and services. Discovering new revenue streams and market opportunities in the CLAM region. Developing strategies to increase adoption, usage, and market penetration. Supporting sales enablement and managing key accounts. Monitoring deal performance and maintaining relationships with industry players. Acting as a market and technology expert, representing HID at industry events. Requirements: 10+ years in business development, preferably in cloud-based solutions, consulting, or product development with external engagement experience. BA/BS degree required; MA/MS preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Experience with multi-country B2B relationships and regional/global exposure. Understanding of PACS or system integrator solutions is desirable. Experience with indirect sales channels. Strong multitasking and project management skills.
