We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented English-speaking Customer Care Agent to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, build positive relationships, and maintain high service quality. Job Description 1. English Skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (B2 level) are mandatory. 2. Customer Support: Respond to calls from English-speaking customers courteously and efficiently. 3. Issue Resolution: Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues effectively and timely. 4. Customer Feedback: Gather and document feedback, suggestions, and complaints; communicate insights for process improvements. 5. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics to ensure high satisfaction levels. Requirements 1. Language Skills: Fluency in English at B2 level (both written and spoken). 2. Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional service with a customer-centric mindset. 3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. 4. Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns. 5. Proficiency in computer systems, software, and CRM tools. 2. Good verbal and written communication skills. 3. Typing skills with a minimum score of 34. 4.
