About the job: Kent is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with an emphasis in Talent Acquisition, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, to provide support to Kent employees in our Bogotá office, reporting to the HR Manager Regionally. Skills & Responsibilities: Lead and ensure the recruitment and selection processes, generating strategies for attracting candidates through alliances and specialized tools, to guarantee pre-selection of resumes that meet company requirements. Guarantee 100% fulfillment of personnel needs, considering project/staff requests, vacancies, and profiles. Create and update position profiles for specific projects and core staff. Ensure compliance with current regulations for companies in the hydrocarbon sector, including publication of vacancies through authorized platforms and full adherence to related decrees. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on recruitment processes, projects, and regional status. Present audits related to recruitment and selection processes. Support organizational development plans, including employee growth, potential evaluation, career planning, and training programs. Implement and manage the Performance Evaluation System aligned with company objectives to define goals, track progress, and assess employee results. Assist in various Human Talent sub-processes as needed. Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 in Oil & Gas. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Talent Acquisition. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Level B2.
