Job Summary:Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first-classdelivery service in accordance with customer expectations andcontractual agreements. Primarily responsible for flawlessdelivery, taking care of functional/technical teams, helping themto solve some of the more complex challenges and engendering acollaborative, knowledge sharing environment. Manages thedevelopment and implementation process of a company's products andservices. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams,focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitorsthe project from initiation through delivery including planning anddirecting schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizescross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project(i.e., product on schedule and within budget constraints). Requiresexperience in translating Customer’s business needs andrequirements into specific tasks and activities. Also requires theexperience and know-how of strong Customer relationships. JobResponsibilities: - Performs a variety of duties involved withplanning, organizing, measuring, monitoring, controlling andoverseeing Customer Services projects. Responsible for the finaloutcome/results of assigned projects or phases of a customerprogram (schedules, tasks, costs, contracting, invoicing, revenuerecognitions). - Responsible for release planning, resourcing, andmanaging project change requests and associated contract process. -Responsible for management of the resource assigned to the project.- Understands the budget and resource impacts of multiple projectsin multiple departments against the overall budget and resourcepool. - Leads project management process improvement and bestpractice assignments. Evaluates and develops improvement of overallproject planning. Analyzes business opportunities and recommendssolutions, including ACI financial needs. - Exhibits Lean-Agileleadership – Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with aLean-Agile Mindset. - Helps the team embrace Agile Core Values,adopt and apply Agile Principles, implement Agile practice.Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog & ensuresclose collaboration with the team. - Defines customer needs and theassociated features to meet those needs. - Facilitates events –Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the DailyStand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review. - Supports theProduct Owner – The Scrum Master helps the Product Owner in theirefforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitatinga healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. -Builds a high-performing team – Focuses on ever-improving teamdynamics and performance, and coaches the team in self-management.- Initiates and maintains contact with internal and externalorganizations and individuals to ensure appropriate cooperation,coordination and information exchange, with the goal of properlydeveloping the staff and successfully completing assigned projectsincluding governance with partners. - Understands the customer’sgoals, business needs and current business and economic trends.Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Experiencerequired for the job: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Systems or any equivalent degree. - 12+ years projectand program management relevant experience. - Switching (Payment)domain knowledge. - Excellent communication skills, verbal andwritten. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. -Understanding the organizational settings for all standard Agileroles, the interfaces between them. - Arranged daily stand-upmeetings, facilitated meetings, scheduled meetings, demo anddecision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper useof adaptation process. - Experience with some commonly used tools -Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint,Project Plan etc. - Experience working and supporting Onlinepayment Systems / ACI Customers. - Frequent travel to Customersites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
