Role Description We are looking for a Director of Concierge and Logistics to join our team in Colombia. This is a full-time, hybrid remote and on-site role. The Head Concierge will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that all their needs are met during their stay. The Head Concierge will also be responsible for managing the concierge and logistics teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and projects between teams. In addition, you will be in charge of training any new concierge team members, helping current ones improve, creating new and improved processes and help handling scheduling with HR. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Knowledge of the local area and attractions Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1) is MUST Previous experience in a similar role In addition to the skills and experience we are looking for, our ideal candidate would embody our core values: Learn Fast.
