Product Manager Lead We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager Lead to spearhead our product development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and launching excellent products, working closely with engineering teams, and mentoring junior team members. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products through strategic decision-making, analysis, and effective communication. About the Role: - Job Description: - Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more Agile teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication. - Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the team backlog according to business value and existing commitments. - Work with the Product and User Experience teams to provide detailed guidance and prioritization during the product development process in an Agile environment. - Assist with the elaboration of Epics and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint. - Inspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint to accept or reject work done. - Conduct user acceptance testing on features and bug fixes before they are released. - Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Business. - At least 5 years of software product experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. - High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Benefits: - Mentor other team members. - Make key decisions and judgments on own. - Comfortable working closely with Engineering and experience with Agile development teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Business. - At least 5 years of software product experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. - High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done. - Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded. - Ability to solve complex problems in an organized way. - Extraordinary attention to detail, including ability to anticipate likely outcomes/assess risks. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: - e-commerce, multichannel commerce, online retailing, website user experience, website testing and other marketing strategies. - Product management experience in an agile environment.
