The primary purpose of the Public Relations Specialist is to create content written, graphic and audiovisual pieces for organic social media. This role will help develop thought leadership programs and assist in developing and implementing communication programs and activities, with a special focus on business, channel and technology topics through relations with external key audiences. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional department teams to help ensure alignment on strategies and provide data and research that will influence the strategic direction for communications activities. **Responsibilities**: - Create content written, graphic and audiovisual pieces for organic social media in Latin America - Contribute to activities needed to establish and execute against a best-in-class PR plan across multiple industries, together with the quantitative measurements used to identify progress - Support solutions marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for industry events, including event execution and post-event communications **Qualifications**: Preferred Education: - Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Work Experience (years): - 2-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, and/or Marketing Key Skills and Competencies: - Take initiative and demonstrate strong follow-up/follow through skills - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment, yet able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills; energetic, strategic and creative individual with ability to meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects simultaneously - High integrity and accountability; work effectively with global teams across diverse cultures and geographies - Outstanding writing/editing/positioning skills - Work confidently at all levels within the organization with ability to support business objectives
