At least 3 years of experience in accounting , finance , or a related field. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel ; experience with Gusto , Bill , Ramp , or Xero is a plus. Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with strong numerical and data entry skills. Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow established procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks. Your Daily Tasks Monitor and manage client accounting email inboxes. Enter financial data, maintain accurate records, and ensure precision in expense reports and financial statements. Process accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Handle payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing. Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and recording financial transactions. Keep organized records of customer, vendor, and payroll data for efficient financial tracking.
