Job Description This is a remote position. You’ll serve as the crucial communication bridge between the company and its clients, handling all voice interactions while working alongside a skilled backend support team. Responsibilities: Handle all incoming phone calls for the business Manage email communications and correspondence Provide direct personal assistance to the business owner Serve as the primary voice representative for client interactions Handle front-facing customer service tasks while coordinating with backend support team Learn and navigate the company’s home care management system Conduct outbound calls as needed for business operations
