Accountabilities: - Design, build, and maintain internal APIs to connect AI services with core business applications. - Develop automation workflows using platforms like Zapier, n8n, or custom Python scripts. - Integrate systems such as Glean (MCP server), Agentspace, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Workspace, and Salesforce. - Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (HR, Finance, Events) to translate needs into scalable solutions. - Work directly with senior leadership to prioritize and deliver high-impact AI use cases. - Ensure robust documentation for workflows, systems, and technical decisions. - Stay informed on AI trends, especially LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or systems integration. - Strong Python programming skills and ability to build custom, reliable integrations. - Hands-on experience with third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google APIs, Zapier). - Proficiency with automation platforms like Zapier or n8n. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Glean, OpenAI, Agentspace, Perplexity) from an integration standpoint. - Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ownership of deliverables. - Preferred: experience integrating Google Workspace, Salesforce, or similar SaaS platforms. - Bonus: knowledge of agile methodologies, MCP servers, or multi-agent orchestration systems.
