In Prodigious, we believe in the Power of One, for that we create an environment and a culture that allows high performing teams to innovate and develop great experiences for our clients **Job Description**: Build relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, goals, and define talent acquisition strategies - Design and implement recruiting programs that drive organic applicants from recruitment marketing to referral initiatives to attending and hosting events - Help establish Prodigious as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace - Stay ahead of the game by building and nurturing relationships with top passive talent Strike the right balance between volume and quality - Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to optimize your TA strategy Partner with the broader Recruiting team to continuously improve our processes - Contribute your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have operational excellence across our talent function - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications**: - 2+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market - Communication is one of your strengths.
