Strengthening of bilingual education strategies for faculties Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree : A bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or Linguistics. Teaching Experience : 2+ years of teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary. Experience teaching ESL/EFL students Prior experience with the Moodle platform is essential. Experience in Higher Education desired. Skills & Competences: Pedagogical Skills : Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment techniques. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively teach and engage with students. Research Skills : Ability to conduct academic research, analyze data, and contribute to scholarly publications.
