Boundary Retracement Specialist We are seeking a skilled Boundary Retracement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in land surveying, boundary identification, and retracement procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Conducting thorough research on property boundaries using historical records, deeds, and other documents. - Identifying and analyzing evidence of prior surveys, monuments, and other relevant data. - Applying knowledge of boundary law, statutes, and regulations to determine property lines and corners. - Collaborating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve boundary disputes and issues. The selected candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. • Professional licensure as a Licensed Surveyor (LS) or Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS). • Strong understanding of boundary law, survey principles, and mapping technologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
