We are looking for someone like you! **Job Description**: As a software engineer, you’ll ensure high-quality standards in our projects to successfully complete projects, as well as: - Demonstrated success on an engineering team in a high-growth company delivering to various customers from small to large enterprise projects. - Develop and refine user stories. - Present demos. - Proactively attend meetings scheduled by the client. - Propose improvements in the software development processes. You will work closely with your fellow engineering team members based in Colombia and other Latin American Countries. We are used to working in a distributed and remote manner, so this role is open to professionals in The Americas. **Qualifications**: You are a great fit for this job if you: - Have a minimum of B2 English level (written and oral) and you are able to effectively communicate with your peers, customers, and stakeholders. - Frontend skills: Extensive knowledge of javascript-based frameworks, specifically on React - With Redux knowledge preferably - Backend skills: Basic knowledge in: - .NET Core - C# and ASP.NET - knowledge in SQL Server - knowledge in securing HTTP based APIs - MID knowledge in software architectural/design patterns, such as CQRS and Domain-Driven Design Will be considered as nice to have: - Knowledge of Scrum methodologies. - Have a critical mindset as well as adaptability skills and you’re comfortable working in an accelerated environment.
