We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resourcesand Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Malta. Thisis an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional whothrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionateabout nurturing talent, enhancing employee experiences, andcontributing to organizational growth. While your primary focuswill be the Malta office, you will also provide support to ourother offices worldwide as needed. This role involves closecollaboration with the broader HR, Talent Acquisition, and Officeteams to ensure seamless operations and shared goals. What you’llbe doing Human Resources Management: - Manage the end-to-endemployee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations,performance management, and offboarding. - Develop and implement HRpolicies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws andregulations. - Act as the first point of contact for employees,addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns withprofessionalism and discretion. - Support the implementation andcommunication of company-wide HR initiatives and programs. -Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases andsystems efficiently. - Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely andaccurate compensation and benefits administration. TalentAcquisition: - Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for avariety of roles within the Malta office and provide recruitmentsupport for other offices globally. - Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles,and ensure effective sourcing strategies. - Utilize multiplechannels, including job boards, social media platforms, andrecruitment agencies, to source candidates. - Conduct initialscreenings, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations tohiring managers. - Manage the employer branding strategy to enhancevisibility and promote the company as an employer of choice. Whatyou bring - Proven experience in both human resources and talentacquisition. - Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law andpractices; familiarity with international HR policies is a plus. -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with theability to build relationships across all levels of theorganization. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and theability to handle sensitive matters with discretion andprofessionalism. - Proficiency in HR software and recruitmentplatforms. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field; HR certification is anadvantage. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and/or TalentAcquisition roles. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge ofother languages is considered a plus.
