Your Role and Responsibilities - Ensure implementation and execution of the on-site Support consolidation strategy - Provide the On-Site Support service to all TLS operations - Own the cost of the TLS Onsite Support Service - Implement strategies to reduce the cost of on-site support services per operation - Serve as a decision maker regarding the service requirements of operations within the scope of the On-Site Support service and architectures or designs for new businesses or renegotiations - Serve as Service Owner of all TLS operations with On-Site Support service at your fingertips - Be the highest level of escalation in the event of deviations from the indicators committed to clients in the On-Site Support service - Aim to automate the on-site Support service in all operations, that is, seek to streamline, in a consultative manner, customer processes so that on-site support is only used for equipment change - Look for virtualization options for clients systems with On-Site Support service to automate processes that today are corrected from on-site support Required Technical and Professional Expertise - ITIL knowledge - Optional PMP / Agile / Basic knowledge ISO27,000 / ISO 9,000 Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise - Experience in managing on-site support services and asset management - 5 years About Business UnitIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
