As the EngineeringManager of our Conversation Design Team, you'll lead and grow ateam of talented engineers shaping the future of how our clientsbuild and manage conversational experiences. Your team will be atthe forefront of developing intuitive and powerful tools thatempower our clients to leverage the full potential of Gen3. Thisincludes crafting seamless experience with our dialogue builder,actions management platform, and implementing efficient email andticket automation. By creating a user-friendly and feature-richplatform, your team will play a crucial role in driving adoptionand maximizing the automation capabilities of Gen3, ultimatelycontributing to the success of our Tribe’s vision. You willdirectly manage about 6-8 engineers from various skill sets(Frontend and Backend) and work closely with stakeholders acrossthe department. The number of people and skill sets you interactwith might be subject to change as we gear up the organization forfuture challenges.
