Job Purpose and Impact The LATAM Category Marketing Manager will lead the development of marketing plans and execution of marketing strategy for the assigned category. In this role, you will guide the team to translate overall product or category marketing strategies and priorities into actionable roadmaps and ensure that all marketing and investments for the assigned product or category are aligned with customer value propositions and broader business goals. #LI-TH1 #LI-Hybrid Key Accountabilities Lead the development and oversee the execution of the product or category marketing strategy and annual plans, ensuring alignment with customer segmentation strategies, value propositions and broader business objectives. Determine strategic investments for the product or category, balancing long and short term goals and high and low risk investments based on overall product, category, marketing and business strategy. Drive where to play and how to win decisions for the product or category, ensuring the team understands and applies knowledge of customer needs, competitor intelligence, market trends and consumer behaviors to improve overall positioning and advance customer value capture. Lead the team to ensure the health and the growth of the category brands portfolio by leading innovation, new product development, co creation of customer solutions, marketing campaigns, brand management and product commercialization initiatives. Oversee the design of launch strategies for new products, services or solutions as measured by key performance indicators, partnering with commercial and technical functions to optimize customer engagement and demand. Build and advance the team's marketing capabilities in new processes, technologies, strategies and other enabling features to improve cross functional efficacy and efficiency. Oversee the development and delivery of relevant marketing training, events and collateral for the product or category. Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
