Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our local supply chain operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business results while maintaining positive employee relations. - Main Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality and productivity of our site, delivering high levels of service to internal and external customers. - Manage people, materials, equipment, and business processes to achieve site performance objectives. - Develop and implement local supply chain margin improvement programs. - Liaise with divisional and corporate headquarters to manage communication and information flow between the plant and external environment. - Develop, implement, and monitor site operating budgets. - Accountable for adhering to safety, quality, regulatory, and code of conduct/ethics guidelines. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 8+ years of supply chain, operations, or related experience. - 5+ years of supervisory management experience. - No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity.
