Hiring Department Executive Communication & Marketing


Job Description Be a part of supporting Mizzou students' journeys to success! Situated in the Division of Communications and Marketing, with responsibility for supporting units that support students' academic success, this dynamic communicator will work closely with other communicators and division faculty and staff to manage and integrate communication related to student programming, resources and advising, and tell the stories of our students and faculty. Shift M-F, 8-5PM


Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.


Preferred Qualifications * Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities (verbal and written) * Experience managing complex projects and processes * Experience leading a team to develop creative assets and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans * Experience using project management software to manage assignments, delegation, workflow, deadlines and communication * Knowledge of best practices, processes and resources required to execute marketing and communication plans across a variety of platforms: social media, web, print, email, display, etc. * Skills in photography and/or video production * Passion for the Mizzou student experience









Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $52,915.20-$60,000/year Grade: GGS-10 University Title: Senior Strategic Communications Associate Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
