We are expanding our team and seeking a meticulous and dedicated document processor to ensure the efficient handling and management of documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Responsibilities: Carefully review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Organize and archive documents systematically for easy retrieval and security. Manage and categorize data in Excel to maintain accurate records. Identify and properly handle duplicate documents to preserve data integrity. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the documentation process. Experience & Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word for managing documents and data. Ability to work efficiently with various software and digital tools. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and quality. High level of English fluency for effective communication. Stable and fast internet connection for remote work. Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently in a virtual environment.
