Job Description This position is a key role in the Regional Treasury group, headquartered in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. It will be located in Bogota, Colombia, responsible for Region North, Caribbean, and Central America. The candidate will report to the Director, Treasury Latin America in Chicago. The ideal candidate must perform well in a fast-paced environment, enjoy seeking new opportunities, and handle significant challenges. Strong expertise in Latin America cash management operations is essential, overseeing regional cash operations for the specified regions. Experience with local regulations regarding foreign currency transactions is preferred. The role involves liaising between Treasury and local affiliates, capturing regional needs, and ensuring adherence to corporate procedures. Primary Responsibilities Manage short-term liquidity, including daily cash positioning, wire payments, and short-term cash forecasting. Ensure appropriate capital structure. Coordinate and implement the Entity Plan and LRCP. Coordinate payments, receipts, and transfers with internal groups. Manage relationships with banks for transactions and services. Negotiate, analyze, and manage bank fees. Invest surplus funds into money market funds. Manage FX exposure and execute hedging contracts. Develop and maintain proper controls. Manage 1-3 junior or senior analysts. Qualifications Minimum of seven years of experience, with at least four in international treasury operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with a comprehensive treasury management system required. Experience with SAP Treasury system strongly preferred. Advanced English skills. Education Requirements BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
