Ability to lead and inspire design teams, ensuring solid and coherent execution across projects with high-quality visual results. Conceptualization and development of designs and/or Key Visuals for digital projects and advertising materials. Proficiency in digital design tools, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML. Interest and experience in new technologies, including Generative Artificial Intelligence for image creation from prompts. Updated knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
