Coupa is looking for analyst to provide programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes. Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Deal Desk, SOW Desk, and Legal in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures **Responsibilities**: - Define and implement metrics and dashboards in SFDC, to provide the Value Service leaders with actionable insights that help them drive their business forward - Perform sales analytics and short and long-term sales projections - Provide best practices on sales cadence, territory hierarchy and account hierarchy and segmentation - Execute services sales support functions including, but not limited to: contract research, deal structuring, business approvals, order requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity - Analyze the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics for measuring project profitability and customer/partner satisfaction - Derive recommendations and craft action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity - Support the day-to-day business needs of the sales organization - execute cadence around forecasting and pipeline analysis, account management, etc. - Support the design of the plan for the next financial year in terms of quotas, account assignments, financial plan attainment, etc. - Manage directly (or co-ordinate) change management activities across stakeholder engagement and messaging/communication planning - Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business - 2-5 years experience supporting a global Professional Services sales organization - Experience with Saleforce reporting and dashboards - Ability to influence without authority - Very good understanding of sales cycle, sales performance management and relevant KPIs - Sales operations experience in a fast growing SaaS enterprise company - Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines; can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic - Always focused on doing what’s right for the business; high energy and contagious enthusiasm; willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business - Ability to be highly productive with mínimal oversight from management - Strong partner management skills, ability to create a trusting relationship with all business partners At Coupa, we have a strong and innovative team dedicated to improving the spend management processes of today’s dynamic businesses.
