Investments in and building strong competences across our technology pillars - SAP, Digital Enterprise Systems, Data and Analytics, Digital Operations, Security are key to an integrated digital that is positioned to deliver superior results. **About this role** Schlumberger has an opening in Pune, India for a Customer Master Data Analyst, who will provide functional support for all customer master data initiatives ( SAP SD) and ERP’s as given below.- SAP MDG and SAP SDYou will work in an international and multi-disciplinary team. SAP expertise with rich experience in direct interfacing with customers is mandatory. This role directly reports to Customer Master Data Services Lead. **Responsibilities** - Responsible for supporting activities in SAP (ECC and MDG) - customer master and Billing COE departmental adherence to the process (account creation, changes, conversions, etc.) - Maintenance of customer master hierarchy in SAP - Understanding functional integrations between SAP SD & SAP GTS - Experience in resolving Sold To, Ship To and Consigned To issues - Experience in SAP and Non SAP system integration for SAP SD domain - IDOC monitoring and functional troubleshooting - Maintains OV50 (Customer Master Data Comparison) - Assisting Customer Care and Order Management teams - Mass data changes for customer master data using tools (Winshuttle) and scripts - Process requests delivered to facility updates to answer all questions involving the customer master - Research potential duplicate records; ensures compliance with naming and address standards. - Support day-to-day SAP ECC and SAP MDG workflow requests for master data updates. - Support SAP Hyper Care phases - Regression testing for global SAP ECC and SAP MDG project rollouts - Create and maintain business procedure policies related to the customer master - Understands commissions and reporting processes and works with cross-functional team to ensure customer information, sales representative linking, and all aspects of customer database are correct - Assist in the development of forms, procedures and work instructions. Identify data quality or process improvement opportunities. - Participate in master data related projects as needed. - System monitoring and user management related activities - Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed - Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation - Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems - Should be able to write functional specifications. Responsible for the proper support of Master Data and resolution of all tickets in a timely manner, as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) goals. - Execute and monitor the processes and technology within the defined SLA’s to cleanse, standardize and/or enrich data outside the enterprise MDG and MDM solution(s). - Prepare Data Quality Scorecards. Analyzes trends and statistics to create action plans for process improvement. - Analyzes business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. - Initiates, develops, and shares best practices & lessons learned, across the data pillar. **Qualifications and Requirements** - Essential qualifications_ - Bachelor¹s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance or IT related field - 4 to 6 years working in IT enterprises in a support environment. - 4 years of experience working in Customer management domain in SAP MDG or SAP SD. - Experience in SAP HypeCare support and mass changes in SAP - Experience working in captive units & working in shifts is an advantage. - Microsoft Excel knowledge to include pivot tables, graphs and presentation layers. - Strong skills in configuring SAP Customer Master Data - Experience in Supporting SAP HyperCare rollouts - Experience with Remedy Incident Management ticketing platform is preferable - Past experience in CRM - Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus - Experience in: - Functional data requirements- Functional data quality and compliance- Data management principles- Business process management - Other skills and abilities_ - Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision - Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking - Open to travel abroad and in India - Comfortable working across ti
