**Who we are?** The GPA Solutions & Innovation Team is responsible for production and Delivery of HR Reports (Digital and non Digital), analysis and Insights to for HR Leadership for each HR Portfolios. The general scope of the work includes analysis of key HR performance metrics and design/implementation of insights by reports/dashboard. This is the operational engine of GPA team, working in close partnership with the Advisory teams and Product Owners and serving as the main liaison to CIO Technology and Applied Intelligence. The team is accountable for delivering its own Service Management metrics, operational innovation and credentialing our People Analytics offerings. Advisory Insights Solutions Innovation Product Management Business Architecture Data Science Advanced Analytics Learning Capability Development Thought Leadership Offering Development Programs Operations **As a Solutions & Innovation Senior Analyst you will..** - Gather, analyze, and model HR metrics, and key indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team. - Produce standard and ad hoc reports/analysis following internal processes to deliver reports on time and accurate. - Partner with others on the team to create innovative solutions to address challenges. - Provide excellent stakeholder management and customer service to understand priorities and needs and deliver solutions that address those needs. - Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. - Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. **What are we looking for?** - Experience designing and delivering report - and analytic-based solutions that meet customer needs. - Ability to work under tight deadlines, high pressure, and with multiple competing priorities. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Agility, adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft tools advanced reporting systems, excellent prioritization/time management skills. - Ability to work cross-culturally - Proficient oral and written communication skills in English - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Visual Basic - Visualization skills in Excel, Power Point and Power Bi. - Comfortable with systems and technologies. - Passion to learn - Knowledge of analytics and reporting in HR or other relevant areas. - Skilled at delivering the best and most innovative and efficient solutions. - Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps - Workday Reporting & Analytics
